What's Inside?

Lavender

With its distinct aroma and countless applications, Lavender has become one of the most popular essential oils. Anciently, the Romans and Egyptians would use Lavender for bathing. Since that time, many have discovered the myriad of other benefits it holds. Lavender is widely used in cosmetics and perfumes for its ability to promote healthy, clean skin. Additionally, its calming properties are often used to relax the body and improve mood. Its versatile benefits make Lavender an oil to have on-hand everywhere you go.

Cedarwood

Known for its rich hue and warm, woody scent, Cedarwood essential oil provides a myriad of benefits for skin. Cedarwood is regarded as one of the most grounding oils and helps to promote a calming environment at the end of a long day. It is native to cold climates, thriving in high altitudes and growing up to 30 m. When applied topically, Cedarwood has clarifying properties. Additionally, Cedarwood is frequently used in massage therapy to relax and soothe the mind and body.

Frankincense

One of the most prized and precious oils due to its rich aroma, Frankincense is often referred to as the “king” of essential oils. Centuries ago, ancient Egyptians used Frankincense resin for everything from perfume to salves for the skin. Its soothing and beautifying properties may be rejuvenating to skin and may help reduce the appearance of imperfections when applied topically.

Cinnamon Bark

The sweet, spicy aroma of cinnamon bark is loved around the world. Cinnamon is derived from a tropical evergreen tree that grows up to 45 feet high and has highly fragrant bark, leaves, and flowers. Cinnamon Bark has a long history of culinary uses, but its essential oil is surprisingly versatile. Cinnamon is frequently used in mouth rinses and gums.

Sandalwood

Indian Sandalwood is highly valued in incense and used during meditation practices all over the world to increase mindfulness. Like Hawaiian Sandalwood, Indian Sandalwood imparts a sense of well-being and has a beneficial effect on mood. Combine Sandalwood with other essential oils, like Lavender and Wild Orange, and and massage into the skin to help promote calm and relaxed feelings.

Black Pepper

Black Pepper is a well-known cooking spice used to enhance the flavour of foods. Described as hot, sharp, fruity, and spicy, Black Pepper essential oil can be added to meats, soups, entrées, and salads to enhance flavour. Although Black Pepper is commonly known for its vast culinary uses, its topical benefits are equally noteworthy.

Patchouli

Easily recognised for its rich, musky-sweet fragrance, Patchouli is regularly used in the perfume industry as well as in scented products like laundry detergents and air fresheners. Patchouli essential oil is beneficial to the skin in many ways. It may also help to cleanse and soothe the skin. Additionally, the fragrance of Patchouli may help promote feelings of calmness.
